Laundry Attendant Needed

This role involves maintaining accurate records, monitoring equipment, and adhering to safety and company policies. As a Laundry Attendant, you’ll be part of a team that values professionalism, confidentiality, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of items washed, number of loads, and dry cleaning and laundry poundage.
- Equipment Maintenance: Remove lint and debris from dryer screens, dry cleaning filters, and drain traps after each load, ensuring the proper functioning of equipment.
- Chemical Handling: Monitor chemical containers to ensure proper dispensing and promptly report any potential pump problems to a supervisor or manager.
- Safety and Security: Follow company safety and security policies and procedures, reporting any hazards, accidents, or injuries. Complete safety training and certifications.
- Professionalism: Maintain a clean and professional appearance, uphold confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
- Team Collaboration: Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, support team goals, and respond appropriately to their concerns.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards by visually inspecting tools, equipment, and machines for defects.
- Physical Requirements: Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods during your work shift. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.
- Flexibility: Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors to contribute to the team’s success.
