Key Responsibilities:
- Cross-Departmental Support: Collaborate across various hotel departments to ensure guests’ needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Operational Efficiency: Play a critical role in maintaining the smooth operation of the entire hotel, including support for housekeeping, engineering, banquets, restaurants, and the front office.
- Safety and Compliance: Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a safe workplace and ensure the confidentiality of guest information.
- Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times to enhance the guest experience.
- Physical Requirements: Be on your feet and move about for extended periods, navigating through different spaces, including stairs and service ramps. Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 55 pounds without assistance, and perform various physical tasks with precision.
